For a data room: one row a month, recurring revenue in US dollars with a yearly plan spread as a twelfth of its price over each month, subscribers, those started and ended, logo churn, trials ended and converted, and net revenue retention on yearly plans. It is made from the same Stripe lists as this page and names no customer.
Cohorts: how each month's subscriptions stayed

Subscriptions
Each row is the Pro subscriptions created in one month that went on to be paid for; each column after it is the share of them not yet ended at the end of that month and the ones after, the first column being the month they started. A subscription still in its trial joins its row once it is paid for. The last twelve months are shown.

Monthly recurring counts paying subscriptions, and cards being retried, with a yearly plan as a twelfth of its price; trials are shown apart and not counted until they convert. Money in is what Stripe captured, less refunds, from customers with a Pro subscription and from passes; anything else the Stripe account sells is left out. "Where sales started" is the page a checkout was opened from, which each Pro panel passes to Stripe. Figures are at most ten minutes old.
Month by month is rebuilt from each subscription’s own dates: when it was created, when its trial ended, and when it ended. Stripe keeps a subscription’s price as it is now, so a plan that changed is counted at today’s price for its whole life, and net retention on yearly plans can show revenue lost but not revenue that grew. A trial counts as paid once the subscription outlives it by fourteen days, or is paid up now; one more recent than that whose card is still being retried is undecided and left out of the rate. A paused or unpaid subscription has no date it stopped, so it is left out of the history and counted under it.
