How it works
PACT signs a PDF and keeps a record that holds up. Draw or type your signature and it adds a signature page with your name, role, the time and the document's SHA-256 fingerprint, plus a certificate you can use later to check the signed file has not changed. In most places a simple electronic signature can form a binding contract, though some kinds of document are excluded. The PDF is signed in your browser.
