COSTS builds a schedule of legal costs: fee earners and their rates, time spent, disbursements, and a summary that shows its own working. It totals by fee earner, phase and task, adds VAT at the rate you set, and helps with proportionality. Totals are worked out exactly, which is why they can differ by a penny from other systems. Nothing leaves your machine.
